We work with you to identify your aesthetic—whether it’s Modern Southwest, Contemporary, or Glam—and execute a timeline that typically spans 2-3 months from consultation to completion.

Client Experience

Do you work with specific vendors, or can I choose my own? We select vendors for each project based on the scope of work required. Yes, you can choose your vendor or subcontractor.

Do you offer any guarantees? Our goal is to complete every project on time and within budget. You will be notified in writing about any project or vendor delays, as well as inventory, pricing, or shipping issues. Design Store

How much does shipping cost? We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Our retail prices for Framed Canvases and Posters include professional gallery-standard packaging, insurance, and tracked delivery to your door.

When will I receive my order? Each piece of artwork is handcrafted and custom-framed to order. Please allow 6–10 business days for production and delivery. Note: For our customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery due to the specialized handling required for large, fragile items.

Can I track my shipment? Yes. Once your order is handcrafted and leaves the facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its progress.

What is your return policy? Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for size or color.

Exceptions:

  1. Carrier Errors & Invalid Addresses: If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address provided at checkout, we will reach out to coordinate a second delivery. Please note that while the initial shipping is complimentary, a re-shipment fee may apply for addresses that were entered incorrectly.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Please retain all original packaging, as we may request photographic evidence of the damage to the box and the product. You can then choose between a replacement or a full refund for the affected item(s).

  3. Order Not Received: If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.

  4. Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, it will be processed within 10 business days, excluding holidays. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
