Shipping Information

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Our retail prices for Framed Canvases and Posters include professional gallery-standard packaging, insurance, and tracked delivery to your door.

Delivery Timelines: Each piece of artwork is handcrafted and custom-framed to order. Please allow 6–10 business days for production and delivery. Note: For our customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, each piece is handcrafted to order. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of heart.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at cking@redcarrotdesign.com within 30 days of receipt. Please retain all original packaging and provide photographic evidence of both the damaged product and the shipping container. Once verified, you may choose between a complimentary replacement or a full refund.

Carrier Errors & Invalid Addresses: While initial shipping is complimentary, a re-shipment fee will apply for orders requiring a second delivery attempt due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Orders Not Received: If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the shipment and assist you in a prompt resolution.
