This luxury condo interior decorating project involved transforming a bland, two-story unit into a vibrant, stylish home. Condo living often presents unique challenges with fixed layouts and shared walls; we use our SASS-y principles to ensure these spaces feel singular and expansive.
The SASS-y Solution
Stylish: We introduced a Modern Sophisticate theme, using a high-contrast color palette and bold art to define the space. This stylish approach brought immediate character to the previously neutral rooms.
Approachable: To make the vertical layout feel more connected, we used approachable furniture groupings that draw the eye through the open floor plan, making the condo feel larger and more welcoming.
Supportive: In a multi-level condo, storage and flow are critical. We created a supportive layout with multifunctional furniture that provides ample utility without encroaching on the living area.
Singular: The singular element of this redesign is the statement lighting and custom textile selection, which reflects the client's unique personality and love for modern design.
