This project involved a complete interior decorating transformation of a newly constructed basement apartment. The goal was to take a "blank canvas" and turn it into a stylish, functional living space that felt intentional rather than an afterthought. The SASS-y Solution

• Stylish: We leaned into a "Soft Industrial" aesthetic, balancing cool metal accents with warm textiles. This created a visually interesting environment that feels modern yet timeless.

• Approachable: For small-space living, comfort is king. We selected an Approachable furniture layout that provides plenty of seating without making the rooms feel crowded or cluttered.

• Supportive: The apartment needed to serve multiple functions—living, dining, and sleeping. We designed a Supportive floor plan using multi-functional pieces that allow the occupant to move seamlessly through their daily routines.

• Singular: To ensure the space didn't feel like a standard rental, we incorporated Singular decor elements, including custom-framed art from our Red Carrot Design Store and unique lighting fixtures that serve as focal points.
